Tips for Scheduling Across Time Zones

Best practices for coordinating remote teams and international calls.

How do I find overlapping working hours between different time zones?▼
Use our interactive meeting planner above. Add 2 to 5 locations across the US or around the world. The timeline displays normal business hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) in green and shoulder hours (7–9 AM and 5–8 PM) in amber. The green highlighted window indicates the optimal hours where all selected participants are awake and within working hours.
How do time zones adjust for Daylight Saving Time when scheduling international meetings?▼
Countries transition into and out of Daylight Saving Time on different dates. For example, the United States springs forward on the second Sunday of March, while the UK and Europe change on the last Sunday of March. During these 2–3 weeks, time differences shift by one hour. Our converter uses official IANA time zone rules to automatically calculate the exact current offset for every date.
Can I copy the meeting schedule into an email or calendar invitation?▼
Yes! Click the "Copy Schedule" button at the top right of the meeting planner. It copies a formatted text breakdown of the selected hour for each location directly to your clipboard, ready to paste into Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Calendar, or email.
